the many weapons that are included in the Bujinkan's repertoire.
Normally we train in Hihon happo and some other basic techniques mainly. Please read Soke Hatsumi's rules of the Bujinkan. (Bujinkan Guildline)
Instructor : Shidoshi. Ake Osothongs , 9th dan blackbelt Bujinkan Budo Taijutsu
Shiraishi sensei and Ake in Honbu Dojo (2005)
Hello, My name is Ake Osothongs.
I trained in many styles of martial arts such as MuayThai, Judo, Aikido, Jujitsu and Gracie Jiujitsu
before I joined Bujinkan when I had a chance to go to Tokyo.
Now, I left other martial arts behind and trains only in Bujinkan Budo Taijutsu.
I started Bujinkan Budo Taijutsu in Japan with Soke. I also trained with several shihan on that time.
I was first Thai who hold a shodan in Bujinkan from Hatsumi sensei (as he said).I back to Thailand and statred a training group in Thailand with supported from Shidoshi Doug Wilson
who are one of interpreter of Hatsumi sensei.
Then I back to Tokyo again to study and work. I also trained with many shihan before I met Shiraishi-sensei.
After that time, I went to Hatsumi sensei 's class and had regular class with Shiraishi sensei during living in Tokyo.
I passed Sakki test on 2004. After back to Thailand in 2005, I opened Bujinkan Thailand Dojo and have at least one trip for each year for Japan trainning.
Soke promoted 9th degree blackbelt for me on September 2009.In my dojo, I focus on Kihon happo(8 basic techniques of taijutsu) and Henka from Kihon happo.
Bujinkan Budo Taijutsu has a wonderful body movement and nature movement in itself. So,I never taught in fancy ninja techniques.
The training will increase understanding about the felling of budo taijutsu more than just techniques training.

I received many E-mails from ASIAN friends about joining and training in Bujinkan Thailand Dojo
and some want to open a training group in country. Let's me expain it here.Firstly, If you can follow the bujinkan guildline, you can join our training. Please come and enjoy your training here.
BTW, We do not provide any intensive instructor course or and course with certificate.
Because, we are not doing business in our training.Secondly, I know situation about Bujinkan Training in South-East Asia countries are different from other region since we have limit certified instructor and dojo.
Also, It is difficult to request Japan visa to go to Japan for training. That is not same as citizen in some countries who can go to Japan without Japan visa.
In case, your country didn't have any Bujinkan dojo, It is still possible for you to training.
I recommend you to come to Bangkok and train here. Then, you back to your country , open a training group and keep training.
In Bujinkan, we allow our members to open a training group. Training group is possible to open when you cannot find a certified instructor(shidoshi).
Since the training group is a place for who interest in Bujinkan, you can training with your friends who also interest in our art.
The person who teaching in training group could have a black-belt, a green belt or have no rank(Mukyu).
Next, when you are ready as a group, you can ask me or other shidoshi to do seminar or annual training in your country
that you can share all cost with you group member.I recommend this solution because, We also had same situations in past. We also started from Training Group.
To conduct a seminar
Thank you for good friends in Japan who want to share Bujinkan’s ideas in Thailand. That is a good thing in Bujinkan’s community.
If you are interest to have a seminar in Thailand, please contact me.However, In case we do not know each other, I have to track back to your history. If you are a business man who wants to make a profit from seminar,
I do not think the seminar in Thailand will create the money for you. The reason is Thailand is still a developing country. The living cost in Thailand is low
and average salary is also low. As I am Thai, I understand Thai people. Since the average salary for a man who graduated in Bachelor degree is around $300.
The proper seminar cost is around 400-500 baht ($15) per day (4 hours.) For example, the price for my class is 150 baht ($4) per 2 hours since ten years ago
but some students still ask me to reduce it!
What are different between Dojo and Training group (Shibu) ?
- Dojo is a training place run by shidoshi. Training group is a training group that run by any member who could have a black-belt , a green belt or have no rank(Mukyu).
- Training group leader cannot rank to group members in training group until pass 5th dan test.
